WerkHunt is currently operated as a free, pre-launch beta and does not charge for its services. We do not hold a VAT identification number (USt-IdNr., § 27a UStG) ; the small-business regulation under § 19 UStG applies.
EU online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.
Liability for links
Our service links to external job postings and third-party websites over whose content we have no control. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of linked pages. Links were checked for legality at the time of linking ; we run an automated liveness check and remove links found to be dead, but we cannot continuously monitor third-party content without concrete evidence of a violation.
