WerkHunt was born from Birand Bilgin Özer's own job search.
For six years I was a production manager at Wavelength, running international creator-led video campaigns. In 2026 I moved to Berlin and started hunting for marketing, creator partnerships, and content production roles myself.
Why this tool?
A few months in, one thing was obvious : most of it was busywork. Re-tailoring the same CV, re-typing my details into every ATS, writing screening answers from scratch, losing track of follow-ups. Roughly 70% repetitive manual work.
So I built the tool I wanted : it does the repetitive part, and gives an honest read on which roles are actually worth your time. My own search happens to be in the creator economy, but the grind is identical for anyone on a serious graduate-level job hunt. That's who it's for.
