Your data lives in EU-region, GDPR-compliant infrastructure. By default it is used only for your own job search : never shared or sold. You can choose, in Settings, to let partner employers reach you : off unless you turn it on, and reversible any time. You can also delete your account and everything with it, whenever you want.
We check every role against the languages you actually speak, in any country. Roles that need a language you lack are flagged before you apply. If you need work authorization, we surface employers open to sponsoring : a shortlist, not a wall.
