<p><span data-contrast="auto">Our Restructuring Services Tax team specialises in providing tax advice on the restructuring of financially distressed businesses. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">They have built a fantastic track record in recent years, leading on some of the UK’s largest and most complex restructuring processes. These include insolvency appointments such as high profile company administrations, liquidations and receiverships as well as debt-for-equity swaps, schemes of arrangement and M&A processes. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">The variety of work really stands out, as does the friendly and supportive nature of the team. The team has a great mix of UK and international transactions work and is looking to recruit a VAT specialist at the assistant manager or manager level to build on the existing business capability and target a number of exciting developments in the restructuring market.
